University of Illinois Extension Nutrition and Wellness Educator, Jenna Smith, with be presenting at November's OSF St. James Diabetes Support Group on the topic “Nutrition for Eye Health”. This program will take place on November 1, 2022 from 6-7 pm at OSF St. James Hospital (Main Floor Conference Room).

Having diabetes puts you more at risk for certain eye-related diseases. You’ll learn about the common types of eye disorders, how nutrition plays a role in eye health and what you can do to protect your eyes.
