Jackson County 4-H continues its monthly celebration of different cultural backgrounds with an African American Heritage Workshop in February.

Join us at the African American Museum at the University Mall (located across from The Buckle) for a museum tour and enjoy a cultural presentation, a story, and a snack. This free event will be held on Saturday, February 4, from 2-4 p.m. This workshop is a joint effort with the African American Museum of Southern Illinois. Youth ages 8-18 are invited to this free event.

To register, contact Becky Needham at bneedham@illinois.edu or visit go.illinois.edu/AfricanAmericanHeritage.
