Illinois Extension Master Gardener Nancy Gmitro will lead participants in hands-on exploration of the power of herbs in cooking. The October 24 session will introduce you to the range of herbs available. We will make essential blends to have on hand to use to make pesto, herbal butters, herbal salts, chutneys and salsas.
