Elexus (Hampton) Gray joined University of Illinois Extension in August of 2021 working as a SNAP-Ed Community Worker for Fulton County. Elexus graduated from Lewistown High School in 2018, Spoon River College in 2019, and Worsham College of Mortuary Science in 2020. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Arts and Sciences from Spoon River College as well as an Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science from Worsham College.

“I look forward to educating people of all ages on the importance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. My role is to assist people in making healthy food choices within a limited budget. My goal is to encourage people to make the healthy choice even when no one is watching.”
