Come to this hands-on, virtual workshop to learn fun food science experiments that you can take back to your 4-H club meetings. Linda Perucca from the Chicagoland Food Science Foundation will teach participants about food science concepts through with tasty activities. Learn about product development through a potato chip seasoning lab, make ice cream in a bag from home, and watch demonstrations on making bubble gum and rock candy.
