The mission of Illinois Extension is to serve the residents of Illinois by translating scientific research into practical, actionable information they can use across a wide range of everyday topics. From tips about gardening to entrepreneurship and lots of things in between, our work makes it easier for people to confidently make decisions about how they raise their families, grow their careers, and produce the food that feeds Illinois residents and beyond.
With the support of our partners, Illinois Extension and the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois are investing in the development of programs, resources, and educational efforts across the state.
