Connect farmers, partners, and communities with research, training, and practical solutions to strengthen Illinois food systems in ways that improve nutrition security, protect environmental quality, and enhance the health and wellbeing of both people and ecosystems across Illinois and beyond.

Our Approach

We connect research to the real world by building partnership and collaboration across the food system to improving access to high-quality food, providing research-based education, and building a skilled workforce to advance the health and wellness of Illinois residents and communities.
