Mark Your Calendars!

The Illinois Association of Meat Processors and the University of Illinois Meats Judging Team are collaborating to continue the Illinois Meats Judging Series in 2025! Mark your calendars and look for more information to come.

This is open to all FFA and 4-H Youth with locations stretched throughout the state. The goal is to increase access and opportunities to build skills in meats evaluation. Each contest will include a clinic.

Illinois Farm Bureau is sponsoring awards for the top individuals and teams in Junior and Senior Divisions at each of the events and sponsoring event banners.
