Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) is a national multi-species quality assurance program for youth ages 8 to 21, with a focus on three core pillars: food safety, animal well-being, and character development.

The YQCA training can be done either online or in person. The cost for the face to face training will be $3 and $12 for the online version.

A face-to-face training will be offered in Clay County on June 17, 6 PM at the Clay County Extension Office, 223 W. Railroad St., Flora, IL 62839
