There are three full-membership IEAA meetings during the year:
- Joint Council of Extension Professionals (JCEP) - Typically held in March
- IEAA Fall Meeting - Typically held in September or October
- Illinois Extension Annual Conference - Typically held in mid-November
The IEAA Board meets every other month.
