4-H Officer Training offered

University of Illinois Extension- Bureau, LaSalle, Marshall & Putnam Counties is hosting their annual 4-H officer training on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at IVCC in rooms CTC 124 & 125 from 9:00 a.m.-noon. We encourage all youth interested in becoming an officer in their 4-H community club to attend to learn more about the officer positions and leadership roles. Officer roles include, but are not limited to, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Recreation Leader. For those already elected as an officer, it is important that you attend to learn your officer role and to help your club and 4-H leader run meetings in an efficient and smooth manner. We have a lot of fun hands-on activities and games planned to help youth develop and learn leadership skills, which are not just important in 4-H, but also in life. Plus, it is always FUN to meet kids from other clubs, enjoy refreshments, and win prizes! We hope to see all 4-H clubs across Bureau, LaSalle, and Marshall-Putnam Counties represented at the training in December. Click here to register by December 1, 2021. Masks are required and social distancing will be practiced. THANK YOU!
