McNabb Public Library to Host University of Illinois Extension Live Virtual Presentation of “Preparing Your Garden for Winter”

Please join us on Wednesday, October 21st at 6:30 p.m. for a virtual presentation titled “Preparing Your Garden for Winter” hosted by the McNabb Public Library and presented by University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener volunteer Natalie Martin.  It's getting colder, so now what?  There are some steps you can take to get your garden ready for winter, and jumpstarted for Spring! Natalie Martin will walk you through steps you can take to prepare your garden, yard and landscaping for the winter season. Topics covered will include cleanup, landscaping, and preparing your plants. At the end of the presentation, participants will be able to ask questions via live-chat. 

This program is free, open to the public, and will be presented in an easy-to-use virtual format.
