University of Illinois Extension to Offer Virtual “Help Desk” and Articles for Nature and Natural Resources Questions

Spring has arrived, and many people are thinking about the arrival of songbirds, spring flowers, and more. This is the time of year when your local University of Illinois Extension offices receive many phone calls, emails and face-to-face visits hoping to get answers to questions related to nature and our natural resources. Although all University of Illinois Extension Offices are currently closed for the foreseeable future due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Master Naturalist volunteers are still available to answer any questions you may have.

Are you curious about the birds you are seeing at your bird feeders? Do you want to know more about tree and wildflower identification? Do you have questions about native and invasive species? This and many other questions can be addressed by our seasoned University of Illinois Extension Master Naturalist volunteers from Bureau, LaSalle, Marshall and Putnam Counties.
