Supported Operating Systems
- Windows 10 or later (Windows S mode is not supported)
- Mac OS 11.0 or later
- Chromebooks, tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible
Special Requirements for Work Computers
If you are using a work computer to take the online exam, please note that you will NOT be permitted to take the exam if remote control software is actively running on your device. This includes applications such as TeamViewer, GoToMyPC, AnyDesk, SplashTop, VNC Server, AnyViewer, and others. Please check with your IT department to uninstall or disconnect these applications ahead of time before starting the exam.
RAM Capacity and CPU
- RAM capacity: 8GB
- CPU: 4 cores at 2.4ghz

Connectivity
- 3 Mbps (3072 Kbps) Upload & Download Speed
- mobile hotspots and tethering are discouraged
- A strong internet connection can avoid disconnection from the exam session.
Webcam, Microphone and Speakers
- Webcam resolution: 640x480
- All microphones other than those built into headphones are permitted
- Built-in or external speakers are required
Monitor
- Only one monitor (screen) is allowed at the time of the exam
- Resolution: 1366x768
