Kara Boozer is a youth development educator focusing her work in Jefferson and Marion counties. Kara graduated from Southern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Education and Animal Science. She completed her master’s degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign in Agriculture Education.

Kara previously served as a 4-H program coordinator. Her focus is on positive youth development inside of schools and through leadership opportunities.
