Cantaloupe Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. To a blender, add cantaloupe and yogurt. Puree until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

For a twist, replace some of the cantaloupe with other summer fruits, like peach or berries.
