Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Directions
- If carrots are purchased as shredded, chop slightly if pieces are long. Add carrots, raisins, and almonds to bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk oil, orange juice and mustard. Add to carrot mixture and toss.
