Ingredients
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 4 scallions, minced (white and green parts)
- ½ cup chopped fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium-size chile, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
