Fresh Summer Squash

Ingredients
  • 2 yellow summer squash
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 sweet red pepper
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed (powder or whole)
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions
  • Thinly slice or julienne summer squash, zucchini and red pepper.
  • Combine all ingredients and stir. Cover and refrigerate before serving to allow flavors to blend.
