Potato Salad with Shrimp and Feta Cheese

Ingredients

¾ pounds potatoes, cooked, quartered
½ pounds cooked shrimp, de-tailed
3 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon kalamata olives, pitted, chopped
½ cup fat-free Italian dressing

Directions
  1. Toss lettuce and potatoes with dressing.
  2. Add other ingredients and toss gently.
