- 1 10-ounce package of frozen cauliflower, thawed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
- Cut any large florets in halves or thirds. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil. May add pepper, curry powder, or other seasoning to taste.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
