Ingredients
1.6 pounds chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup no fat-plain yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon paprika
½ teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Cut chicken into strips, about 4 inches by 2 inches.
- Combine all other ingredients in a container large enough to marinate chicken. Add chicken, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Discard marinade. Coat skillet with cooking spray. Cook over medium-high heat, turning often, about 20 minutes.
