Ingredients
1½ pounds turkey breast, skinless, boneless
1 14-ounce box bowtie pasta
¾ cup pesto
2 cups chopped green or red pepper
1 small can sliced ripe olives (2.25 ounces)
Directions
- Cut turkey into cubes. Stir fry 5 minutes, adding water if needed to prevent sticking.
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain.
- Combine turkey, pasta, pesto, and peppers.
