University of Illinois Extension is offering the Abriendo Caminos for Hispanic families. This program teaches about healthy cooking, family mealtime, being active, and living a healthy lifestyle.
Learn about your health and have fun with your family without having to leave the comfort of your home.
We will share information about nutrition and wellness to help your family have a healthier lifestyle.
The whole family is invited.
The Abriendo Caminos Program will meet virtually on zoom on Mondays from 5:30-6:45 PM April 19-May 24, 2021.
