DeLeah Flores is a Community Worker in Extension for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - Education (SNAP-ED) in Lake County. She enjoys educating people on the importance of a healthy lifestyle and being that she has made many changes to improve her and her family’s health. Flores displays a deep passion to educate not just her family but her community of the importance of making positive nutrition changes, food budgeting, food safety, and physical activity to improve their quality of life and combat the many preventable illnesses that plaque low income communities.

Flores has a Certified Nurse Assistant Certificate she has maintained since 2010 and in 2019 she received her Associates Degree in Applied Arts from the College of Lake County. She also completed the National Nutritional Certification Program of Utah University.
