Native plant establishment in Paris

Project Focus
Invasive Species
Native Plants
Habitat

Every spring, a small group of Master Naturalists works to remove garlic mustard from a local park and nature sanctuary. They also work to establish a native plant plot with funding and the location provided by a local agriculture lending and crop insurance business. Plans continue to evolve to make the area larger for the enjoyment of the public and as a habitat for animals and insects.
