Want to add trees to your landscape, but don’t know quite where to start? Do you have questions about what kind of trees would be best for your yard? In partnership with University of Illinois Extension, Kevin Bennett with Trees Forever, will give an informative presentation about what to plant, where to plant, and how to care for your trees. Bennett will focus on trees in the urban environment, and those that are beneficial to pollinators and other wildlife. After the presentation, attendees will head outside for a hands-on tree planting demonstration. Light refreshments will also be provided. This event is free and open to the public.
