Ingredients
3 medium large potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
non-stick cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425º. Wash and slice each potato into 8 wedges. Spray wedges with non-stick spray.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a plastic bag. Add wedges and gently shake to coat.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
