Ingredients
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 3 cups winter squash, cooked and mashed (or 2 packages - 12 ounces each frozen squash, thawed.
- ½ cup grated cheese (part-skim mozzarella)
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Sauté onions in margarine until tender.
- Combine all ingredients. Place in a 1-quart casserole.
- Bake uncovered 35 to 45 minutes.
