Cherry Oatmeal Drops

Ingredients
6 tablespoons Splenda
6 tablespoons sugar
½ cup margarine, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup chopped maraschino cherries
¼ cup cherry juice
2-4 tablespoons water
1 cup oats
1½ cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. Mix together sugars and margarine.
  3. Add egg, vanilla, cherries, juice, and water (start with 2 tablespoons); stir well.
  4. Add dry ingredients; mix well (if too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons more of water.)
  5. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
