Chili Powder Quesadilla

Ingredients
  • 1 10-inch low fat flour tortilla (2.5 gm fat per tortilla or less)
  • 1/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella
  • Chili powder
Directions
  • Spread cheese over 1/2 of tortilla
  • Sprinkle with chili powder to taste
  • Fold in half
  • Sprinkle chili powder on top, if desired
  • Microwave for 30 seconds
  • Cut in fourths
