Collard or Turnip Greens

Ingredients
1 pound of collard or turnip greens
1 packet low sodium beef bouillon
1 small onion, chopped
¼ cup vinegar
Pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Cook greens in 1 cup of water seasoned with the bouillon and onion for 4 minutes (may need to cook longer if greens are older).
  2. Add vinegar and pepper to taste.
