Ingredients
- 2 15.5 ounce cans hominy
- 2 quarts water
- 2.5 cups raw cubed pork with fat trimmed
- 1 tablespoons red chile powder
- 1 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 teaspoons salt
Directions
- Brown pork in large pan for about 2 to 4 minutes.
- Add water and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
