Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 package frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots mix
1 can Italian tomato sauce
¼ cup shredded Parmesan and Romano cheese
2 cups dry macaroni
Directions
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Brown ground turkey in a skillet.
- Rinse frozen vegetables under warm water to thaw.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Combine turkey, vegetables, macaroni, minced garlic, and tomato sauce in a 2 quart baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
