Kale Chips

Ingredients
  • 1 large bunch of fresh kale (1 pound)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or enough to lightly moisten kale leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse kale and pat leaves dry with a paper towel. Remove stalks and tear leaves into medium size pieces (kale will shrink when cooked).
  3. Place kale into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and stir to coat all the leaves.
  4. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Arrange kale leaves on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp.
  6. Serve immediately.
