Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of fresh kale (1 pound)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or enough to lightly moisten kale leaves
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Rinse kale and pat leaves dry with a paper towel. Remove stalks and tear leaves into medium size pieces (kale will shrink when cooked).
- Place kale into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and stir to coat all the leaves.
- Sprinkle with salt to taste. Arrange kale leaves on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp.
- Serve immediately.
