Ingredients
1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 packets artificial sweetener
1 large apple, cored, unpeeled and diced
½ cup diced celery
½ cup seedless, golden raisins
¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
- In bottom of mixing bowl, blend together the mayonnaise-substitute, lemon juice and artificial sweetener.
- Wash, core and chop the apple. Coat with the dressing in the bowl immediately to prevent browning.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss.
