4-H members exhibiting animals entering the food production system will be required to complete the Youth for the Quality Care of Animal certification (YQCA). It will replace former trainings: PQA and QAEC. This program is the industry-standard certification. Check with local offices about completing the training. The training must be completed each year. Training dates will be January 26 (Jacksonville) and March 29 (Winchester).  All beef, sheep, swine, goats exhibitors must attend one of these trainings or participate online.
