4-H Public Speaking focuses on supporting youth in developing and strengthening their abilities and confidence to speak in front of people. 

All 4-H'ers enrolled in the Public Speaking project are eligible to compete in this event.  Participants have the chance to stand up and clearly and confidently present a topic of their choice.
