A little more about the sessions:
Neurographic Drawing: Neurographic art is perfect for non-artists and artists alike. It creates mindfulness and peace without having too much structure or the ability to draw skillfully. Together we will create pieces of Neurographic art and use those pieces to create a layered paper scene with a holiday theme. This art style is very adaptable across other mediums, and the style will vary from person to person.
Scrapbooking: Keeping a scrapbook organizes your pictures and helps you keep a journal of memories. Even day-to-day life, when recorded, becomes history. Photos and memorabilia can be preserved for generations, if stored properly. In this session, youth will gain knowledge and skills about creating scrapbooks and create one or more pages that can be put in a scrapbook (not provided) or a frame to gift or keep for themselves.
Barn Quilts:
Card Making: Youth will explore Negative Space Art and Fundamental Principles of Drawing to create holiday-themed cards that will pair well with any gift this holiday season.
