Little Roots Garden Series

Grow With Us This Summer!
Join our fun and educational gardening program designed to inspire youth ages 5–7 (as of 9/1/24) to grow their own fruits, vegetables, and flowers! This hands-on experience will spark a love for gardening, encourage family involvement, and teach important skills through weekly activities starting May 30 from 9-11:00 AM.

Program Highlights:

• Gardening resources, seeds, and transplants to grow at home

• Help care for a raised community garden bed in Okawville

• Learn about plant care, pests, life cycles, weather, worms, and more

• Foster community pride and connections through gardening
