Marcoot Jersey Creamery

Experience a hands-on “field to fork” tour where youth can explore how milk goes from the farm to the table. Participants will visit the milking parlor and learn about the milking process, including how robotic systems operate, where the milk goes after collection, and the steps taken to keep it clean and safe.

The tour also includes meeting the farm’s calves up close and visiting the creamery to see how dairy products are made. To top it off, participants will enjoy sampling mild cheese and a scoop of classic vanilla ice cream.
