4-H Federation Youth Leadership club offers Holiday workshops!

Much creativity will be put to use at the upcoming 4-H and Cloverbud Holiday workshops scheduled to take place on November 13, from 9:30am-Noon at the University of Illinois Extension Education Center and Community Teaching Kitchen.  These workshops will accommodate two age groups, 5-7 year olds and 8-19 year olds. Participants will work in groups to create multiple gift giving crafts, wrap them at a wrapping station and make personal holiday cards.  In addition, games, refreshments and a fun holiday photo booth will be enjoyed. A fun take home treat will be given to each participant at the end of the workshop. Fees are as follows: $10 for ages 5-7 and $15 for ages 8-19. Those wishing to participate must sign up by calling the U of I Extension office, LaSalle County at 815-433-0707. Registration closes Monday, November 8.
