Water is the top choice to stay hydrated and it’s best to limit or avoid drinks that contain caffeine, as these drinks can actually make you more dehydrated. Fruits and vegetables are also a good source of water, so make sure to snack on these throughout the day. Use 100% fruit juice in smoothie drinks for a fun summery drink.
