Supervisory Staff

Staffing Changes

Extension IT must be notified anytime there is a staffing change. Providing advance notice helps ensure staff have the appropriate access on day one and that accounts are updated or removed in a timely and secure manner. 

All staffing changes be reported to Extension IT at least one to two business day prior to the change, whenever possible. 

Please submit a request using the appropriate form:

New Hire Requests  (including Extra Help and Student Workers)

Staff Updates  (such as title changes, role changes, or new system access requests)

Departing Staff Requests (retirements, resignations, or end of appointment)

Illinois Supervisor Competency Model from ELOE

Competencies are the foundation from which supervisors and managers build and enhance skills, knowledge, and abilities for effective performance.
