Are you interested in learning about making your own maple syrup? If so, make sure you plan to be at our annual Backyard Maple Syrup Workshop held every February on the first Saturday.
The free workshop will include a tour of Dixon Springs Agricultural Center's 100-tap sugarbush operation and an opportunity for attendees to see firsthand the entire backyard maple syrup production process. There will be fun activites to engage kids in the maple syrup production process, as well as, a 4-H club pancake breakfast.
