Soup is nutritious and generally inexpensive to prepare. Learn the many varieties of soups, how to layer different flavors, and benefit from good nutrition in soup with less sodium and fat. 

Join Susan Glassman, Nutrition & Wellness Educator as she broadcasts this virtual class from the University of Illinois Extension Education Center & Community Teaching Kitchen.  Susan will demonstrate how to make a seasonal butternut squash soup.
