Welcome to Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention.
We will be using Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Program, which is recognized by the Center of Disease Control as an evidenced-based program. Join Susan Glassman, Food and Nutrition Educator and certified Tai Chi for Arthritis instructor. Her purpose is to empower you to improve your health and wellness. During our time together, you will learn the exercises that can improve muscular strength, flexibility and fitness.
Each session will build on what has already been learned. Because we are continuously learning new material, participation in 14 of the 16 classes is recommended for optimal benefit. Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear.
