Helen serves as the Extension Communications & Marketing Program Coordinator for Franklin, Jackson, Perry, Randolph, and Williamson counties. In this capacity, she leads outreach initiatives for Unit 26, driving innovation, community empowerment, and program growth.

Originally from Wisconsin, Helen is currently pursuing degrees in Equine Science and Communications Design at Southern Illinois University, with an expected graduation in December 2024. She previously contributed to Unit 26 as a Marketing and Communications Intern, where she played a key role in content creation and photography.

In her leisure time, Helen enjoys spending time with her horse, Razor, and exploring antique shops in the southern Illinois region. Her involvement with Extension has inspired her to engage more deeply with the local community.
