As a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program  Education Community Worker, Susan Stollard teaches nutrition education classes and provides nutritional displays at locations throughout the unit. Her hometown is Bethany, but she has worked in the Arthur office since 1996. Her favorite part about her job is knowing that even one small behavior change can alter the world for the people she meets.
