Key dates

• January 10, 2026: report on activities conducted 10/1/25-12/31/25.
• April 10, 2026: report on activities conducted 1/1/26-3/31/26.
• July 10, 2026: report on activities conducted 4/1/26-6/30/26.
• September 30, 2026: report on activities conducted 7/1/26-9/30/26.  Finalize all activities conducted 10/1/25-9/30/26.

Who should report?  

Educators and outreach associates in the Agriculture and Agribusiness (AAB) and Natural Resources, Environment, and Energy (NREE) program areas enter information on all their activities.  Extension program coordinators enter data as needed to document our activities related to major programs and activities such as Master Gardeners, Master Naturalists, and Extension-supported gardens.

AAB/NREE/ANR Reporting Priorities

In addition to Extension-wide reporting priorities, for the Agriculture and Agribusiness and Natural Resource, Environment, and Energy program areas, the following activities should be reported in order to document the full scope of work in these areas.

Indirect activities (reported in PEARS Indirect activities module)

• Each separate output (such as a blog post or video episode) should have a separate intervention channel with the topic and date.  They may be listed under an indirect activity entry for the series (such as a blog or video series).

Expert assistance (reported in PEARS Direct contacts module)

Gardens (reported in the Garden data system)

• Report on Extension-supported gardens. Garden reporting deadlines are in July and November. 

Research activities including outreach for research (reported in the Research activity dashboard)
